This meeting included the presentation of the work done by Team BIM.

Site Follow-up and Revit Model : The recovery of the Revit model necessitated the adaptation of the views and the creation of the foundations. The phasing was easy even if the plans were not always clear. It we were able to anticipate the phasage for the month of December.

Phasing and rotation of PCMO formwork : phasing of the walls and formwork rotation according to the schedule of the site manager. 3D phasing is very popular with the site manager. Nevertheless, the rotation of 3D boards is too readable and understandable for him.

BIM in structural companies: In the end, we realize that the implementation of BIM is difficult because of the difficulty of having compatible software between them or the establishment of common drawing rules between the two companies. different intervening on a model.
